Aluminum Nitride

• It has a property like high heat conductivity, electrical insulation nature, low dielectric constant & dielectric loss, and thermal expansion coefficient similar to silicon, etc. ; in addition, it is excellent in strength & durability in high temperatures, and produces less contamination to applied metal , together with the low price comparing to PBN.
• Furthermore, aluminum nitride is expected to replace the use area of alumina considerably, and to be applied to the area that cannot be obtained through the existing materials.
